COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for our visitors and staff members. Upon entering Crossgates Santaland, you agree to follow all posted and verbal instructions and all safety-related policies in place at the time of your visit.

COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), senior citizens and visitors with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting Crossgates Santaland, all visitors voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

About your visit with Santa at Crossgates

The health and well being of our visitors, Santa Claus, and employees are our number one priority. This season we have implemented a number of safety measures based on guidance from health authorities, such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and appropriate State * and County * government agencies. Any visitor  who has flu-like symptoms (e.g., cough, body aches) will not be permitted to visit. High focus on disinfecting and sanitation in all customer areas is in place.

*ALL NYS STATE AND COUNTY MANDATES AT THE TIME OF YOUR VISIT WILL BE FOLLOWED

Employee safety measures

• All employees and Santa Claus will be required to complete a temperature check and wellness screening, prior to starting each shift *
• All employees are encouraged to wash and sanitize their hands frequently.

 ^*Any employee with a temperature greater than 100.00°F or who has flu-like symptoms (e.g., cough, body aches) will not be permitted to work.
