In-person Visit with Crossgates Santa Claus

An in-person visit with Santa Claus at Crossgates Santa’s workshop. This includes a complimentary video of the visit.

The price of the in-person visit is $34.99 plus 8% NYS sales tax. Due to Covid-19 occupancy regulations, a maximum of 6 visitors will be permitted per visit. Please note: All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian. The total per group must not exceed 6, including parent or guardian.  Please note that photos are not included.

Photos may be purchased separately at the time of your in-person visit for an additional fee and may not be purchased in advance of the visit.

Add on Package B: (1) 5×7, (1) 4×6, (2) Wallets  $15 plus tax.
Add on Package C: (1) 5×7, (2) 4x6s, (4) Wallets  $25 plus tax.
Add on Package D: (1) 5×7, (2) 4x6s, (4) Wallets, (1) Digital Image  $35 plus tax.
Add on Package E : (1) Digital Image  $30 plus tax.
Add on Greeting Cards: (25) 4×6 Cards  $20 plus tax.

A variety of photo accessories will be available for purchase.

NOTE: In-person appointment times are arrival times only. Additional time is required to conduct health screenings, sanitation between visits, and to photograph the visitors. Times may also vary due to the number of visitors per appointment. The entire time you spend at Crossgates Santa’s Workshop will vary depending on these variables.

Live Virtual Visit with Crossgates Santa Claus

A personalized live virtual visit with Santa Claus via Zoom. Each call will last 10 minutes and includes a personalized email letter from Santa Claus.

The price of the virtual visit is $49.99 plus 8% NYS sales tax. Please note this reservation is non-refundable and photos are not included.
